- Electrical engineering (E): group boxes, renovation and mutation, fault analysis (ground fault/short circuit/overload), stairwell and site lighting, emergency lighting (inspection and maintenance), door communication/access (in consultation with your supplier).
- Mechanical/Water (W): minor plumbing, plumbing components, drainage/sewage (small scale), ventilation (residential complex/boxes) and periodic filter changes.
- Solar & charging infrastructure: PV plant repair and maintenance, monitoring/reporting; charge point preparation and installation (load-balancing, meter box adjustments).
- Tests & inspections: NEN inspections in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., NEN 3140 periodic for electrical equipment and utility installations), visual safety rounds and completion inspections during renovations.
- Planned maintenance: annual planning aligned with MJOP, including replacement proposals with substantiation (TCO/energy consumption).

1. Do you also perform periodic NEN inspections for CoEs?
Yes, we provide periodic inspections and reports according to the applicable standards and provide remedial advice where necessary.
2. Can you inspect and maintain emergency lighting?
Yes. We perform functional tests, replace fixtures/batteries as needed and record findings for your records.
3. Do you also manage charging points in the parking garage?
We install and maintain charging solutions, including meter box adjustments and load-balancing. We tailor management/charging systems to your requirements.
4. Do you have a 24/7 service?
We offer priority planning for VvEs with a maintenance agreement. We make specific agreements per complex about availability outside office hours.
5. Do you work with fixed price agreements?
For schedulable work, we prefer to do a fixed price. Breakdowns are performed on a directional basis with clear post-calculation.
