Small jobs and breakdowns

Not everything can be planned. It is difficult to make an exact estimate on the phone of the time needed to help you. In addition, every job, small or large, requires time for work preparation and financial processing. Therefore, please keep in mind that we always charge a minimum of 1 hour.

Price Indication

If you want a price indication prior to the work, we will try to give you the best possible price indication based on the information available. We are careful in calculating this price indication, but it is not a fixed price agreement. Despite all efforts to come to a good price indication, it can happen that during the execution of the work it turns out that more working hours are needed for a correct delivery. Even our experienced employees run into unforeseen situations and cannot see through walls or floors to see exactly what the situation is like in advance.

Work preparation and calculation

You yourself only see the work that the technician comes to your location to perform. At our office, all the preparatory work takes place, from answering the phone. Before our technicians can get to work, a number of things have already been prepared at the office. Ordering the right products, looking for the best solution and working this out are good examples of work preparation. It can also happen that calculations, drawings or a possible lighting plan have to be made. All this in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Contribution to car expenses (call-out charges)

We carry out our service primarily in the center of the randstad between the three major cities of Rotterdam, The Hague and Gouda, the Zuidplas region. In this working area we apply a fixed call-out rate per visit (within a radius of 15 km from Zevenhuizen) of € 39.00 excl. VAT € 47.19 incl. VAT. Outside this area, travel costs will be charged on the basis of mileage and travel hours. €0,39ct p/km + €17,98 per quarter hour excluding VAT.

Despite our careful policy around our vehicle fleet to minimize costs and environmental impact, we do not escape car expenses. To calculate car costs and mileage allowances, we use our Zevenhuizen location as our starting point.

Hourly rates and surcharges 2025

During normal office hours, our hourly rate is €71.90 per hour excluding VAT. €87.00 including VAT.

In order for our visit to be profitable, we always charge a minimum of one hour. A one-hour visit including call-out charges thus comes to €134,19 including VAT. Each subsequent hour is €87,00 including VAT and will be charged per quarter of an hour. (€21.75 per quarter of an hour)
