We are transparent in everything we do, including our rates. Our rates are designed to ensure we provide safe, high-quality, and future-proof services, so that we can continue to serve you for many years to come and you can be confident that we will be there for you whenever you need us.

Small jobs and malfunctions

Not everything can be planned. It is difficult to give an exact estimate over the phone of how long it will take to assist you. In addition, every job—whether large or small—requires time for preparation and financial processing. Therefore, please note that in addition to the starting rate, we always charge for a minimum of one hour.

Price estimate

If you would like a price estimate prior to the work, we will do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible based on the information available. We take great care in calculating this estimate, but it is not a fixed price agreement. Despite our best efforts to provide an accurate estimate, it may become apparent during the work that additional labor hours are required to ensure proper completion. Existing installations may present unforeseen issues during the work that are not always apparent in advance.

Work Planning and Estimating

You only see the work that the technician comes to your location to perform. All the preparatory work takes place at our office, starting from the moment we answer the phone. Before our technicians get to work, preparations are often already underway at the office. Ordering the right products, finding the best solution, and working out the details are good examples of work preparation. It may also be necessary to make calculations, drawings, or a lighting plan. All of this is done to provide you with the best possible service.

Contribution toward car expenses (base rate, call-out fee)

We primarily provide our services within the Zuidplas region and surrounding municipalities. Within this service area, we charge a flat starting rate per job (within a 15-km radius of Zevenhuizen) of €47.00 excl. VAT (€56.87 incl. VAT). Outside this area, travel costs will be charged based on a mileage allowance and travel time: €0.39/km + €20.25 per 15 minutes, excluding VAT.

Despite our careful policy regarding our vehicle fleet, which aims to minimize costs and reduce our environmental impact as much as possible, we cannot avoid incurring vehicle expenses. When calculating vehicle expenses and mileage reimbursement, we use our location in Zevenhuizen as the basis.

During normal business hours, we charge a call-out fee of €47.00. Our hourly rate is €81.00, excluding VAT, and is billed in 15-minute increments. For service calls, a minimum of one hour of labor applies in addition to the call-out fee.

Pay by debit card

Once the cost is determined upon completion of the work, you can pay on the spot by debit card—a safe and reliable option. We also accept contactless payments. We accept the payment cards listed below, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount as you normally would in your own payment system, specifying the invoice amount and payment reference.
