Google Nest Hello video doorbell, a safe feeling

The Google Nest Hello video doorbell had been available in the US for a while and has been available in Europe since 2028. The smart video doorbell notifies you on your smartphone when someone is at your doorstep with whom you can then have a conversation if you wish.

The Google Nest Hello doorbell has a camera, microphone and speaker. The HD camera has HDR to capture clear images of the person ringing the doorbell both during the day and in the dark. When someone rings the doorbell, the owner of the bell gets a message on their phone.

Thanks to the wide-angle lens, the caller can be seen from head to toe. He can then talk to the person at the door, regardless of whether he himself is at home. Those who cannot talk can play a recorded message, so the person at the door knows where they stand. Nest Hello also has facial recognition and can thus recognize whether a friend or a stranger is ringing the doorbell.

However, most bell systems are not suitable for the Nest Hello without modification so installation by an installer is recommended. Markus Techniek has put together an installation package that allows you to keep your current signaling devices in the house. This installation package can be offered at a competitive price and means for you a relatively quick installation without major modifications to your current system.
